Ingredients
- 2 cups (500 mL) cut (1/2-inch/2 cm pieces) fresh rhubarb or frozen rhubarb, thawed
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp (25 mL) orange juice
- 1-3/4 cups (425 mL) sliced strawberries

Step 1
In saucepan, bring rhubarb, sugar and orange juice to simmer; cook, stirring, until slightly tender, 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in strawberries; cook until softened, about 2 minutes.
