Ingredients
- 7 slices cinnamon-raisin bread, cubed
- 14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups half and half or whole milk
- 1 Tablespoon vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 dash of salt

Step 1
In a medium bowl, whip eggs and add half and half, vanilla, salt and melted butter. put cubed bread in to this mixture and let set for about 1 hour.Keep pushing the bread down into the liquid.
Heat oven to 350, grease a 9x9 or 9x13 casserole dish. Pour bread mixture into the pan and bake for about 50 minutes. Checking before the 50 minutes are up. When done the top will be brown and a knife inserted into mixture will come out clean.
