Avocado Lime Dressing

Ingredients

• For the Recipe
• 1 small ripe avocado or 1/2 medium ripe avocado
• 1/4 cup plus 2 TB fresh lime juice
• Juice of 1 orange
• 1 TB agave
• 1 handful fresh cilantro
• 2 green onions, white and green, chopped
• 1 small jalapeno, seeded and chopped
• 1/2 tsp sea salt
• 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
• pinch cayenne

Preparation

Step 1

Instructions
1. Add everything into blender except the olive oil.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. With the blender running, slowly add the olive oil until well emulsified.
4. Lasts about 4 days in the fridge.
