Ingredients
- 1 C balsamic vinegar
- 3/4 C ketchup
- 1/2 C brown sugar
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 Tb Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tb Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and whisk until smooth. Simmer over medium heat until reduced by 1/3, about 20 minutes.
This sauce can be used on either grilled chicken or steak (grill to your liking, then glaze with the sauce). The sauce can also be served as a dipping sauce for chicken wings.
Will keep in the refrigerator for up to 3 months.
