Ingredients
- 8-10 cups of grated cabbage or 2 bags of prepared cole slaw
- 4 tsp salt
- 1 bunch green onions sliced
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonaise
- 1 tbls apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbls fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/8 tsp black or white pepper

Step 1
If grating your own cabbage, put shredded cabbage in a colander and sprinkle the 4 tsp of salt over and shake together. Set over a bowl and cover with a plate. Place in the refridgerator for 1 hour, allowing excess water to drip from cabbage. Remove from colander and pat dry with paper towels.
In a small bowl combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar, lemon juice, sugar and pepper. Add to the cabbage and green onions and mix well. Refridgerate until chilled. Adjust seasonings to taste before serving.
