I use this for both sweet and savory items. Corn and zuchinni are a couple of my families favorites. Of corse with savory don't use the sugar

Ingredients
- 1 c flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c milk
- 1 TBS melted butter
- 1 TBS sugar- if using fruit

Mix together, add meat, vegetables or fruit (add sugar) Fry one to two minutes per side depending on items in batter
