Ingredients
- 1 box Holiday Velvets
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup water
- 6 tbsp. oil
- 1 can Creamy Home-Style Classic Vanilla Frosting
- 1 1/2 cup coconut (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325°F.Spray bundt pan with oil. Prepare 2 seperate cake mizes as directions on package.
Using two spoons, alternately spoon the two batters into the bundt pan (make sure not to shake the pan at this point).
Do not over-mix or the batter will blend together. Bake 55-60 minutes.Cool cake 1 hour, frost . then top with coconut to resemble snow.
