Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth
  • 2 tablespoons Sherry
  • 1/2 lbs Sauteed mushrooms in 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cups Diced cooked turkey
  • 1 pkg 8 oz Spaghetti cooked
  • 1/4 cup Flour
  • 2 Egg Yolks
  • 1/2 cup Light cream
  • 2 Pkgs Broccoli Cooked
  • 2 tablespoons Grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter and add flour. Stir in broth. Cook over low heat, stirring until mixture bubbles and thickens. Mix egg yolks, sherry and cream. Gradually beat hot sauce into eggs. Reheat til hot and thickened but do not boil. Fold in mushrooms and turkey. Heat. Put layer of broccoli into bottom of dish. Top with spaghetti and turkey sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese on top. Put under broiler til brown.
