- 1/2 cup golden corn syrup
- 1 tsp maple flavoring

Measure evaporated milk and corn syrup in small heavy saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer, uncovered for 50 to 60 minutes, stirring occasionally, until reduced and slightly thickened.
Stir in maple flavoring.
