Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 # ground beef
  • 1/2 c onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 c (8oz) tomato sauce
  • 1/4 c catsup
  • 3/4 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 (8oz) cream cheese
  • 1/3 c parmesan cheese, shredded

Step 1

Cook beef, onion, and garlic, drain.
Stir in tomato sauce,catsup, oregano, and sugar. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. At this point mixture can be frozen if made ahead of time. Thaw and heat, stir in cheeses and stir until melted. Serve with chips or crackers.
