SAUSAGE****Wisconsin Beer Brats
By Unblond1
This was very good. Dan made it for Mother's Day. The sausages just about fall apart, they are so tender. He used Honey-Garlic sausage because there were no brats but try it with brats.
If you're energetic, try browning the sausage and the onions first - just for colour. I don't think it will affect the end result but it might visually. (the only complaint I had was the whiteness of the sausage and the onions when they were done
