"Cheese Crackers

- 50 gram (2 Tbsp) unsalted butter
- 200 gram (7 oz.) cheddar cheese, grated
- 110 gram (3.9 oz.) plain flour
- 2 tablespoons ice water

Instructions
Beat the butter until soft and creamy, then add in grated cheddar cheese and flour, mix well.
Add two tablespoons of ice water, mix and form a dough. If the dough is too wet, add more flour, if too dry, add more water. Use cling film to wrap a dough, chill in fridge for an hour.
Place the dough on parchment paper, then roll the dough into thin sheet (about 1/6 inch thin). Cut into small square or whatever shape you like. Using a toothpick, poke a hole in the center of each square. Place it on lined baking sheet, pop in preheat oven at 190C (375F) ,bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until the crackers are golden.
Let it cool completely on wire rack , enjoy!
