Preparation
Step 1
Place all ingredients inside a small mason jar with an air tight lid and shake until the ingredients are mixed thoroughly.
Let sit overnight or until Chia Seeds have absorbed majority of milk and have a pudding-like consistency. You may want to monitor the pudding every few hours to shake up the mixture to make sure the cocoa is fully incorporated. Top with your favorite fruit.
Yields 1-2 Servings
Cycles 1 and 2 – Use at your own risk as seeds are allowed starting in C3. Use Low-fat acidophilus milk if you choose to use this during cycle 1 or 2.
Cycle 3 – May use Unsweetened Almond Milk
Cycle 4 – May use Milk
Note: Chia seeds are technically not on any approved Cycle food lists, but are classified as “seeds” for Cycle 3. However, I personally feel they are very healthy and can be used. Like any customization of the diet, if you find that your weight loss is going slowly, omit the ingredient you think might be causing the problem to see how it might affect your diet.
