1 can apricot
Sterilized empty eggshells

Step 1

Real sterilized eggshells make ideal chocolate eggs cups. Just fill each shell w/ a few tablespoons of melted chocolate, swirl to coat interior. let it harden. Then crack off eggshells and fill them up...

Melt white chocolate, 30 seconds at a time, in microwave. Place a tablespoon in bottom of egg cup. place apricot in egg, then fill around the apricot careful not to bury it. Serve.
