Pizza Casserole

Ingredients

• 1/2 box rotini pasta
• 1/2 lb. ground beef
• 1/2 onion, chopped
• 1/2 box mushrooms, chopped
• pepperoni slices
• 1/2 jar spaghetti sauce
• 1 cup mozzarella cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°.

Cook pasta according to package directions, drain.

Brown hamburger, onions and mushrooms. Add spaghetti sauce. Add cooked noodles.

In a casserole dish, layer noodles with pepperoni and cheese. Top with a final layer of pepperoni and cheese.

Bake until cheese is golden.
