1. Cut avocado in half, pulling out the pit. 2. Scoop out the flesh and put into mixing bowl. 3. Crush garlic clove and trow over avocado. 4. Squeeze lime juice over avocado and mash mixture together. 5. Add onion and tomato to avocado mix. 6. Mash together a few times, then stir mixture to incorporate onion and tomato. 7. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
