  • 5 1/2 c milk
  • 1 pkg (4 oz) instant vanilla pudding & pie filling
  • 4 t rum extract
  • 3/4 t ground nutmeg, divided
  • 2 c (1 pint) heavy cream
  • 2 T confectioners' sugar

Step 1

In a punch bowl, combine the milk & pudding mix; mix well. Add the rum & 1/2 t nutmeg; mix well and set aside. In a medium bowl, beat the heavy cream & confectioners' sugar until stiff peaks form. Add half of the whipped cream mixture to the milk mixture; stil until well blended. Dollop the remaining whipped cream mixture over the top and sprinkle with the remaining 1/4 t. nutmeg. Serve immediately.
