Ingredients
- 2 9 oz pkgs frozen artichokes
- 2 t olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 cup cooked chicken, cubed
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 t lemon juice
- 1 t curry powder
- 1 1/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 1/4 cup soft bread crumbs
- 2 T melted butter

Step 1
Cook artichokes according to package directions, adding oil and garlic to cooking water. Drain artichokes and arrange in a greased 13 x 9 baking pan. Spread chicken over artichokes. Combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder; mix well and pour over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese. Toss bread crumbs in melted butter to coat; sprinkle over cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Makes 8 servings
