Ingredients

  • 6 sheets heavy alum foil
  • 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1 1/2 c chunky salsa
  • 1 10 oz pkg frozen corn
  • 1 1/2 c cheddar cheese hredded

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven 450 or grill to med. Center chick in foil. Spoon salsa on top, top with corn. Bring sides up and roll foil. Double foil top and ends to seal, leave room for heat to circulate inside. Repeat for each breast. Bake 18-22 min or grill 12-15 mn. Open foil to let seam escape.
