Ingredients

  • 16 oz. penne pasta, cooked
  • 1 (15 oz.) container Ricotta cheese
  • 1 (16 oz.) package Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Romano cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 (14 .5 oz.) can diced tomatoes with Italian herbs
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 2 cups sliced zucchini
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/3 up chopped fresh basil

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut mozzarella into chunks. Stir together the ricotta, half of the mozzarella chunks, Parmesan, Romano, and the milk into a large bow. Stir in cooked pasta and remaining ingredients. Spoon mixture into a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Place the remaining mozzarella cheese chunks on top.

Bake for 30 minutes.
