  • Cake:
  • 3 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 large pinch baking powder
  • 1 large egg
  • Icing:
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons chocolate syrup

Step 1

Cake:
Whisk the peanut butter, sugar, flour, baking powder and egg together in a medium bowl and then transfer to a mug. Microwave on high until puffed and set, 60 to 70 seconds. Let cool for 5 minutes.

Frosting:
Mix powdered sugar and syrup together until smooth. Spoon over cake. Eat immediately.
