Ingredients
- 1 cup orange juice or other fruit juice
- 4 tsp. benefiber powder
- 1 banana
- 2 cups frozen fruit of your choice--peaches, berries, melon or whatever is on hand

Mix fruit juice with benefiber in a blender for 30 seconds. Add banana and blend until smooth. Blend in frozen fruit.
