Peppermint Patty Perfection: In shaker with ice combine 3/4 ounce chocolate vodka, 3/4 ounce green creme de menthe and 1/2 cup vanilla creamer or melted vanilla bean ice cream. Shake well and strain into martini glass. Drizzle melted dark chocolate in spiral shape on top of drink, if desired. Garnish with mini peppermint patty and mint sprig. Makes 1.

Almond Joy Bliss: Pour 2 t chocolate syrup into martini glass rimmed with shredded coconut, if desired. In shaker with ice, combine 1-1/2 ounces coconut rum, 1 ounce white-chocolate liqueur 1 ounce amaretto liqueur and 1 t cream of coconut. Shake well and strain into glass. Garnish with whipped cream and whole almond. Makes 1.

Snickers-tini Surprise: Mix 2 T chocolate syrup and 2 t melted peanut butter. Coat martini glass rim with mixture; drizzle any remaining into glass. In shaker with ice, combine 1/4 c half-and-half and 3/4 ounce each Irish cream liquor, chocolate liqueur and caramel vodka. Shake well; strain into glass. Garnish with skewered slices of Snickers. Makes 1.
