Oil only Pie Crust

I roll this out between two pieces of waxed paper Note this can be doubled or tripled whatever amount of crust is needed

Ingredients

• For oil only pie crust:
• 2 C. flour sifted with a Scant 1/4 tsp. baking powder, pinch of salt
• Add oil and water. Mix until just combine
• 1/2 coil
• 3 tbsp. cold water.
