CHEESE CAKE COOKIES

Ingredients

• 20 graham crackers (crushed)
• 1 stick oleo (melted)
• 2 (8 ounce) cream cheese (softened)
• 6 eggs
• 3 Tablespoons lemon juice
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 1 pint sour cream
• 1/4 cup sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix graham crackers with oleo and then press into the bottom of a 9 X 13-inch pan.

In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, eggs, lemon juice and sugar. pour mixture over crust and bake until light brown around edgs and not to dark. Pull from oven.

Mix sour cream with sugar. Spread with spoon over all of the mixture. Bake 10 - 12 minutes. Shut off oven and let stay in oven for 2 hours. Chill and eat.
