Ingredients
- 2 10 3/4 oz cans cream of celery soup
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 8 oz container sour cream
- 2 T lemon juice
- 1 t pepper
- 10 oz pkg baked cheese crackers, crushed
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 32 oz pkg frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
- 6 eggs, hard boiled, peeled and sliced
- 8 oz can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 8 oz pkg shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Blend together soup, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice and pepper; set aside. Sprinkle crushed crackers into a lightly greased 13 x 9 baking pan; drizzle with butter. Spoon half the soup mixture over cracker crumbs; arrange broccoli over soup mixture. Arrange sliced eggs over broccoli; sprinkle with mushrooms. Spoon remaining soup mixture over top; sprinkle with cheese. Bake, uncovered at 400 degrees for about 30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. Serves 10 to 12
