Sweet Potato Casserole

This casserole is more like a dessert than a side. a great addition to any meal.

Ingredients

• 3 C Cooked,Sweet potatoes, Mashed
• 1/2 C Sugar
• 1/2 C Butter, Melted
• 2 Eggs, Slightly Beaten
• 1 Tsp Vanilla
• 1/3 C Milk
• 1 C Brown Sugar
• 1/2 C Flour
• 1/3 C Butter

Preparation

Step 1

Combine sweet potatoes, sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla and milk with an electic mixer. spoon into a 1 1/2 quart greased casserole. Combine brown sugar, flour, and butter until crunbly. Sprinkle over casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
