Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 lbs ground beef
  • 2 onions, diced
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 2 oz jar pimentos, drained and chopped
  • 2 15 1/4 oz cans corn, drained
  • 16 oz container sour cream
  • 1 1/4 t salt
  • 1 t pepper
  • 12 oz pkg rotini pasta, cooked
  • 3 slices bread, cubed
  • 6 T butter, melted

Preparation

Step 1

Brown ground beef over medium heat in a large frying pan; drain. Add onions and cook until tender. Add soups, pimentos, corn, sour cream, salt and pepper; mix all together. Stir in cooked pasta; place in a greased 4 to 5 quart casserole dish. Toss together bread cubes and melted butter; scatter over top. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, or until bubbly and bread cubes are golden
