Chicken Enchilades

Ingredients
- 10 soft taco shells
- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 2 cups shredded Tex-Mex cheese
- 1 Tbs. butter
- 3 Tbs. flour
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 4 oz. can diced green chiles

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 360. Grease a 9x13 pan.
Mix chicken and one cup cheese. Roll up in tortillas place in the pan.
In a sauce pan, melt butter, stir in flour and cook 1 minute. Add broth and whisk until smooth. Heat on medium until thick and bubbly.
Stir in sour cream and chillies. Just to warm them.
Pour over enchilades and top with remaining cheese.
Bake 22 minutes and then under the broiler for 3 minutesto brown the cheese.
