Liberty Tree Tavern Salad Dressing

Salad dressing served at the family dinner at Liberty Tree Tavern in the Magic Kingdom, Walt Disney World

Ingredients

• 5 egg yolks
• 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
• 3 cups salad oil
• 1 cup red wine vinegar
• 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
• 1/8 tsp. white pepper
• 1/2 tsp. chopped fresh dill
• 1 Tbsp. sugar
• 1/3 cup water

Preparation

Step 1

1. With an electric mixer, whip egg yolks until pale yellow & light.

2. Slowly add mustard & oil until completely blended.

3. Add remaining ingredients and mix until creamy.
