  • 1 1/2 pounds yukon gold potatoes (about 3), peeled, cubed
  • 3 carrots (1/2 pound) coarsely chopped
  • 1 onion, coarsely chopped
  • 3/4 cup Italian dressing
  • 2 Tbs grated parmesan cheese

Step 1

Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Place chicken and vegetables in large baking dish; drizzle with dressing.
Bake 1 hour or until chicken is done (165 degrees)
