Ingredients
- 1 1/4 pounds beef flank steak
- 1/2 Cup beef broth
- 1/3 cup hoisin sauce
- 1/4 cup soy sauce reduced sodium
- 1/4 cup scallions
- 3 T's dry sherry
- 1 t ginger, fresh
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

Step 1
1. Trim fat from steak. Place steak in a resealable plastic bag set in a shallow dish. Combine broth, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, onions, sherry, ginger and garlic. Pour over steak. Seal bag, turn to coat - marinate in frig for 4 to 24 hours.
2. Drain steak, discarding marinate. Grill on the rack of an uncovered grill directly over medium coats to 17 to 21 minutes (160 degrees for medium doneness) Turn once.
