Ingredients

    Tbs chili powder

  • 1

    Tbs paprika

  • 1

    Tbs ground cumin

  • dash worcentershire sauce

  • splash vinegar

  • 1

    tsp. oregano

  • 1

    tsp parsley

  • dash lemon juice concentrate

  • salt and pepper to taste

    oz canned tomatoes

    oz tomato sauce

    lb. ground round

  • 5

    whole jalapeno peppers

  • 1

    C bell pepper - chopped

  • 1

    C onion - chopped

  • minced garlic

  • 1/4

    lb bacon

  • 1 - 2

    cans kidney beans

Directions

In large pot, fry bacon. Add chopped onions, minced garlic, bell pepper & jalapeno peppers. Cook till soft, then add & brown ground round. Add canned tomatoes, tomato sauce, chili powder, paprike, ground cumin, worcestershire sauce, vinegar, oegano, parsley, lemon juice. Salt and pepper to taste. Bring to boil, then simmer at least 1 hour. Add drained kidney beans. Simmer at least 30 minutes.
