  • 1 cup mayo
  • 4 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 lb. fried crisp, crumbled bacon

Step 1

Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Place sliced potatoes on the bottom. Continue layering the ingredients in order of onion, tablespoon-size amounts of mayo, cheese and bacon. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
