- 1 package cream cheese (8 ounces), cut into 1-inch pieces, at room temperature
- 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon zest from 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup sugar (1 3/4 ounces)

Using spoon, mix all ingredients together thoroughly in medium bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and chill until ready to use.
