Ingredients

  • 1 loaf french or 2 baguettes bread
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/3 cup orange juice
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • cream cheese
  • powdered sugar
  • 1/2 n 1/2
  • orange juice
  • ginger
  • Macerated strawberries for topping.

Preparation

Step 1

13x9 pan greased

Cut bread into slices and layer in pan. Pour liquid ingredients over top covering every slice. Mix cream cheese mixture to taste and spread over bread and egg mixture. Cover and refrigerate over night.

400 degrees for 20-25 minutes uncovered.
