  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup miracle whip
  • 3 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • nuts, chopped, optional
  • icing
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1/2 cup shortening
  • 1 small box instant pudding, desired flavor

Step 1

For cake mixture:
Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350 till done. use toothpick to test. Quick, easy, and moist. Bake 25-30 minutes.

For icing:
Beat above ingredients except the pudding. Make sure the sugar is dissolved. Add box of pudding and mix in about five minutes. Add 1 cup milk and beat five more minutes. You can also add peanut butter to stiffen up the icing.
