Ingredients
- 2 cups Milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup Angel Flake coconut
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup Bisquick® baking mix
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 1 1/2 tsp. Vanilla

Cooking time 40mins
Preparation
Step 1
350 degree oven - 40 minutes
1 9 inch DEEP glass pie pan
Combine all except coconut in blender and cover to blend for 3 minutes.
Pour into a greased 9-inch pie pan. Let it stand about 5 minutes then sprinkle with coconut.
Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
