Ingredients
- 3 tbsp. unsalted, butter, at room temperature
- 2 tbsp. finely chopped cilantro
- 1/2 tsp. caraway seeds
- 1/2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive-oil
- 2 filet mignons

Step 1
Stir together butter, cilantro, caraway, lemon juice, 1/2 tsp. sea salt, and 1/4 tsp. pepper. Place compound butter in a butter and stir.
Sprinkle steaks with remaining 1/2 tsp. sea salt and 1/4 tsp. pepper. Heat oil in medium heavy skillet over meddium heat until it shimmers. Sear beef, turning occasionally, 10-12 minutes total for medium rare. Transfer beef to plates and let stand for 10 minutes.
Serve topped with compound butter.
