Ingredients
- 1 (18 ounce) tube refrigerated peanut butter cookie dough (or make your favorite peanut butter cookie dough recipe if you feel so inclined)
- 18 Snickers brand minis, unwrapped (duh!)
- 1 (16 ounce) container vanilla frosting
- red and green food color
- If not Chritmas time, consider drizzling cookies with melted chocolate intstead of frosting and food coloring.

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Divide the dough into 1 Tablespoon pieces and flatten.
Place a snickers brand mini in the center of each piece of dough.
Form the dough into a ball around each Snickers brand mini.
Place on non stick cookie sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, until golden brown.
Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for three minutes and then move to baking rack or waked paper to cool completely.
Divide the frosting into two bowls. Tint one bowl red and the other green. Place frosting into seperate resealable bags. Snip off a corner from each bag and drizzle the cookies with frosting (or melted chocolate).
