Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs Sirloin steak, trimmed & cut into 1" pieces
- 2 Tbsp. All-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 slices bacon - diced
- 1 lge sweet onion diced
- 1 8 oz pkg fresh mushrooms - quartered
- 3 cloves garlic - pressed
- 1 cup vodka pasta sauce (Emeril's vodka pasta) 1/2 cup Beef broth
- 1 8 oz Sour cream
- Rice or egg noodles cooked

Step 1
Place stead, flour, salt & pepper in bag and shake to coat.
Cook bacon in dutch oven over medium-high heat until crisp. Add beef and cook 1-2 minutes on each side or until lightly browned. Remove beef mixture from pan and set aside.
Add onion, mushrooms and garlic; saute over medium-high heat 5 minutes. Stir in beef mixture, vodka sauce, and broth. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream.
Serve over rice or egg noddles
