Ingredients

1 quart pecan halves
1 egg white with 2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Step 1

Pour mix over pecans in quart jar or larger, shake. Then add sugar and cinnamon. Spread on cookie sheet and bake at 200 degrees for 30-45 minutes. Break apart, turn over and bake another 30-45 minutes.
