- 1/2 gallon tomatoes (peeled & quartered)
- 1 1/2 large onions, chopped fine
- 2-10 hot peppers, chopped fine
- 2/3 cup vinegar
- 3 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon allspice
