Ingredients
- 1 lb peeled, deveined frozen shrimp
- 1/2 cup fat-free plain Greek (or other) yogurt
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 2 tsp each curry powder and garlic paste
- 1 onion thinly sliced
- If you want extra sauce to drizzle over shrimp, double the ingredients (except the shrimp)

Step 1
1. Pat shrimp dry In a medium bowl, combine shrimp,
yogurt, lime juice, curry powder, garlic paste and kosher
salt to taste.
2. Heat a nonstick grill pan over medium heat. Add onions
and cook about 8 minutes or until lightly browned.
Remove to a plate.
3. Add shrimp to grill pan and sauté until shrimp are
cooked through (2-3 min.).
Side ideas: jasmine rice, mango chutney, lime wedges.
