- 3 cans shoepeg corn (drained)
- 1 sm. can chopped jalapeno peppers
- 1 stick butter
- 4 tbsp flour
- 12 oz. cream cheese
- 1 can milk

Step 1
Melt cream cheese and butter in double broiler. Add milk, flour and salt. Mix until it is a smooth sauce. Stir corn into sauce. Bake uncovered @ 375 for 20-30 min or until bubbly.
