Grandma's Potato Casserole

My dad's mom (Carol Cunningham) makes this every time we go to the lake.

Ingredients

• 2 lb. frozen hash browns
• 1 pkg. onion
• 16 oz. sour cream
• 16 oz. cheese
• 2 cans cream of potato soup
• 2 jars of bacon bits

Preparation

Step 1

Mix everything except bacon bits in a LARGE bowl. Spread mixture in a 9x13" pan. Top with bacon bits. Cook at 350 for one hour. Serve warm.
