  • 1 1/2 cups Unsifted flour - all purpose
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Egg white
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • Drop Water

Preparation

Step 1

Place flour in pile on counter, form a hole in the center.

Break egg and egg white into the hole, add olive oil and salt, and push edges over the center. Gather up and begin to knead. Add water if crumbly mass is too dry.

Knead 10 minutes til dough is smooth and shiny. Divide into 2 parts and roll out with flour. Let dough rest in wax paper for 10 minutes before rolling.

Roll out with flour, cut into strips. Unroll strips ASAP so they won't stick.

Boil in salted water.
