Ingredients

  • 2 cups Granola
  • 1/2 cup Low-fat milk
  • 2 12 oz pkgs Frozen mixed berries
  • 1/4 cup Firmly packed brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon orange zest
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg Pam
  • Plain, fat-free yogurt (for topping)

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350.

Stir together granola and milk in a small bowl - let it stand for 5 minutes.

Toss together berries, brown sugar, cornstarch cinnamon orange zest & nutmeg in a large bowl. Spoon berry mixture into a 8 inch square baking dish.

Stir granola mixture, and spoon over berry mixture, lightly coat with cooking spray.

Bake for 1 hour until bubbly. Serve with yogurt topping.

Can substitute 1 20 oz package of frozen sliced peaches for frozen berries.
