Ingredients

  • 1/2 C low-fat, smooth, peanut butter
  • 4 oz. LIGHT tub-style cream cheese, room temperature
  • 4 oz. FAT-FREE cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 C Splenda granulated sweetner
  • 1/4 C low-fat milk
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 8-oz tub LIGHT whipped topping, thawed

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl, using an electric mixer, beat the peanut butter and cream cheeses. Add the sweetener, milk, and vanilla. Beat until smooth.

Gently fold in the whipped topping in three additions.

Portion into 8 serving dishes.

Chill for at least 30 minutes.
