Ingredients
- 2 cup cooked ham, shredded or diced
- 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
- 1/3 cup onion, chopped
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup biscuit baking mix
- pepper, paprika and dried parsley to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Layer ham, cheese and onion in the bottom of a greased 10 inch deep dish pie plate; set aside. Combine eggs, milk and baking mix in a blender; process for 15 seconds. Pour over ingredients in pie plate. Sprinkle with pepper, paprika and parsley to taste. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes, or until golden and a knife tip comes out clean when inserted in center. Let stand for about 10 minutes; cut into wedges
